Anxiety is a mental health condition characterized by persistent feelings of worry, fear, or unease that can interfere with daily life. It can manifest as generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, or specific phobias, among others. Anxiety disorders affect both mental and physical health. Current treatments often require behavioral therapy and medications, which often have side effects and provide partial relief.
