Dr. Gloria S. Oporto-Velasquez is a faculty member in the School of Forestry and Natural Resources at West Virginia University. Her main research interests are in the field of biomaterials from lignocellulosic sources, novel composites, nano-biocomposites, and in engineered wood based composites.
