Background

We are looking for innovative and effective solutions to kill or repel crawling insects (ants, cockroaches, bed bugs) within home environments. 

 

While we have a preference for solutions closer to market readiness, other technologies that are still in the development phase, including those emerging from startups, patented innovations, or research findings from universities and institutes, will also be considered.

What we're looking for

We are seeking solutions to kill or repel crawling insects, such as ants, cockroaches, and bed bugs.

Solutions of interest include:
  • Cartridge-based systems
  • Smart detection systems
  • Traps
  • Sprays (insecticides, repellents, barrier treatments, etc.)
  • Other biological and chemical solutions (growth regulators, gel baits, etc.)
Our must-have requirements are:
  • Solutions must have validation data on efficacy against crawling insects and safety for users
Our nice-to-have's are:
  • In-market solutions
  • Solutions that are FIFRA-compliant or have been approved under a similar set of standards
Acceptable technology readiness levels (TRL):
Levels 4-9

In general, we are looking for solutions targeting most common species - ie., American and German cockroaches.
